Hi dear, this is what I found from the B-safe site:

What do the allow and block lists do?

The Website Lists screen gives you the ability to block or allow access to web sites by URL and by individual profile. You can also allow or block content based on categories available through the Control Panel.

While the categories are updated for you automatically, you have complete control over the web site lists. Using these lists, you can add a web site URL to the Allow list to allow the individual who uses the current profile to access that web site. To block access to a web site, simply add the URL to the Block list.

How do I add/remove URLs on the allow and block lists?

To allow a web site URL:

Open the Content Filter module.

The Content Filter screen is displayed.

Click the Web site Lists link.

The Web site Lists screen is displayed.

Verify that the profile for the individual you wish to block is selected in the Profile drop-down menu near the top of the screen.

Enter a Web site URL after the “[link] in the Enter New URL field.

For example, enter “www.drkoop.com”.

Click Add.

The URL is added to the list of allowed web sites. To allow only the sites in this list, click the Allow only the above sites checkbox. This blocks access to all web sites except for those you have specified.
Once you have added the Urls you wish to add for now, click OK or Apply.

Or, to cancel adding the Urls, click Cancel.

If you clicked OK, your changes are saved and you are returned to the main Content Filter screen.

If you clicked Apply, your changes are saved, but you will remain on the same page.

If you clicked Cancel, you will be returned to the main Content Filter screen.

Of course it is good to be safe and prudent on the Internet, but I don't think dA is dangerous. Having my own computer company I'm familiar with Internet filters and such so if your dad wanted to, dA could be included in the filter's trusted sites and your page would work just fine. But that is a parental decision of course. In any event you know I wish you well. I'll be around for years, so if you return, just stop by my page and let me know you're back.

What is the art chain?
-The art chain is a small chain of artworks that we think the world should see. This is how it works:
*I add a link to the artwork I made which I want the people to see.
*I then copy/paste this to 3 other people.
*The 3 people should definatly check out the links and comment/fav or just look at it.
*After doing so, you may add a link to your piece you want the world to see and put it under the previous link. And send this to 3 new people.
*NOTE that you can't just copy/paste this or the word [link] will just appear...So that means you must put some effort in this and copy/paste the url of all the previous pictures in this.
*The maximum chain is allowed to be 5 pictures...the 6th person should start a new chain with his/her picture up first
and add 1 to the "cycle count" on top...so we can see how many times this was done n_n.
