It was just that I hadn't yet configured the Contributor's journal posting ability and it was set so you needed 3 votes to get in- problem was there isn't enough admin to vote it in xD derp
so I've set it to one vote- you may need to report your journal ;o;
((Also, I had edited it to include the headers and clan news- once you post it again I can add these C

there are but it doesn't allow contributors to vote, so it would just be two :C and I would but I lost the journal and have no way to get back to the original one
