Hey, if you don't mind my asking, what lens do you use? We have the same camera but your pictures look so much clearer!

I actually don't know the name of it it's something along the lines of a nikon 18mm-55mm 3.5-5 f/stop. i quite honestly don't recommend it and I would suggest a prime lens that has a fixed length ( ex. 55mm, 75mm, so on). Prime lenses have an ever better focus and can have a low f/stop which is quite handy to achieve the bokeh effect for portraits or really all photography. Just depends on what yo shoot. I would recommend looking a bout good lenses. I hope this helps

Oh really? Ahh that's the one I use for wide angle shots I agree, it is one of Nikon's less impressive lenses.. :s

Yah it is. I learned that it helps to use it in manual mode and to focus manually.
