You don't get to take someone's money and then ignore them for OVER A YEAR. What is wrong with you? I'm not the only one you have treated this way either. I've never had a commission experience this bad in my life.

FYI, some people have been waiting a year and a half with little to no updates with the artist being hard to get in contact with, and flat out ignoring some user's comments. Which has spurred the beware above, and people trying to ask them about updates.

you do realize that there's no goddamn reason to be so aggressive. everyone whos complained about queen has been incredibly aggressive since the start and theres no reason for that. maybe she'd reply to you if you just asked kindly about an update or something but since she first had issues with completing things everyone has been nothing but threatening and aggressive towards her. it's not needed whatsoever

Like others said- i WAS kind and extremely patient. Now, knowing she is completely ignoring her commissioners and is basically a thief, I'm not going to be nice anymore. NO EXCUSE for how she is treating people she took money from.

I mean people have a reason to be this upset, I’m not saying being aggressive is right nor is it justified but waiting for a year and almost going onto two years for a commission? It’s ridiculous, and this is coming from a person who commissioned her. People HAVE asked kindly and just wanted updates and it’s about to become a year after the first one which is still slightly concerning to some.
I feel like she she should’ve set a limit to what she could do, and what can’t. I asked nicely for a refund and got no response until I asked if a character change was available noticing how she didn’t respond to anyone asking for refunds. Especially since some people paid up to 20-60 usd for one or three icons. (Which I paid fully for 3 sets which became 60 usd in total that I’m still waiting for from December of 2017)
i understand she might have a hard time with communication but minor updates wouldn’t be such an issue. I’ve struggled with commissions and especially accepting too much but I always try my best to update my clients. Even if I’m not responding to them or just publicly announcing I’ll be slow. But a year with no communication can really cause a speculation for people to feel like they’re being scammed off their money especially when they said they can’t do refunds?
Again im not saying being aggressive is any way to treat someone but people are pretty tired of lack of updates and then being told their icons are done they just need to be animated and then having to wait almost another full year with nothing in response to them.

Dude! Your animations are so fluid and smooth. I like the way you made them. You did a pretty good job on those. You animate just like Tyson Hesse. You should look him up and his animated work Sonic Mania Adventures. You’ll be amazed when you see it on the Sonic the Hedgehog YouTube Channel. What kind of devices and programs do you use for drawing and animation?

its honestly sad that you are literally acknowledging that people want their refunds but you are deadass ignoring them. and i know this because you literally disabled the comments. you do realize they will not stop asking over and over until you actually respond to them right? they are honestly justified for this because their commissions are like MONTHS overdue. and you’re completely ignoring them. its extremely unprofessional and what really kinda pisses me off is that you STILL have those commissions open so that you can rob more people of their money when you know that you have a shit ton to do. im not trying to be a dick, but this is very unprofessional

you know u cant just continue avoiding this mess you made. if somethings going on that makes it so impossible for you to do your commissions and to respond to people you should at least make an update as to why. respond to your commissioners. give people wips. give me, and the many others that have asked, their refunds. this is completely intolerable behavior, more and more of us are growing impatient and itll only get worse the more you ignore us.

I'm one of your commissioners. I've been trying to contact you for months. I've sent you a note that went unread and comments that got no response.
I really don't want to give up on this commission because your art is fantastic, but I'm about to file a chargeback if I don't get a response within a reasonable amount of time.
