aww that sucks haha we've been having a pretty crappy summer in calgary as well...only now has it started to get nice and sunny and warm! but ya...we went down to vegas for a couple weeks and was it ever HOT! we drove down too so that was alot of driving =___= around 21 hours in total haha but ya did you go anywhere at all?

Oh jeez!! 21 hours?! D: I went down to Iowa which is only like . . . 3 hours away from Minnesota and I thought I was going to pass out! I can't imagine staying in the car for that long Dx Well, you were going to Vegas, that's a heck lot more interesting that IOWA! XD Ha ha. I'm sorry to hear that it was so hot though! and yes...21 hours T__T not all in one day of course...but still...haha we drove about 14 hours the first day then stopped in idaho...i think it was called pocatello but i'm not sure if i'm spelling it right xD then the next day we stopped in salt lake sity to spend the night just to see it a little and then we drove to vegas the next day but ya...i liked the heat though so it was all good haha but yes all we could wear was tank tops or shorts! even t-shirts were too hot! but ya...it was i big difference from pretty much anywhere in canada xD have you ever been up to canada at all?

Yeah xD That'd be crazy if you drove for 21 hours in one day! But yeah, 14 hours is still a lot . . . I'm happy to hear that you liked the weather down there. I'm not too fond of heat xD I went down to Cancun just a couple months ago and GAH, it was hot! XD I got sunburned for the second time in my life while I was down there Dx

I haven't been to Canada And it's a pity since living in Minnesota, I'm not too far from it! (Well, I live in the Twin Cities area xD) But yeah, I'd like to go! Have you ever been to Minnesota?

haha ya...i do not think i could take that O__O i would definitely snap! 21 hours of driving...only making pit stops...i'd freak out haha and yes i liked the heat, but after a while you really start to miss the fresh air! like...if you wanted to just go outside to get a breath of fresh air, you couldn't get it because it was just sooo hot! so ya...i definitely could not live down there, but it was a different experience i'd miss that rocky mountain air! xD and no unfortunately i haven't been to minnesota! we live in western canada so we've been to like...montana, idaho, utah...california and nevada xD but yes...you should visit canada if you get the chance some time...even though it's really not that interesting xD

Ha ha, oh gosh, I know what you mean! In Mexico the air was so muggy and thick, and when we were near the ocean (which was the majority of the time) it was damp and salty. I took for granted my Minnesotan air! Ha ha!

Oh, no, I'd love to go to Canada! I'm not sure what's up there, but it seems like a really beautiful place and not so crowded!

oh ya haha by the ocean it feels even worse because the salt spray just makes you feel...sticky haha and ya...canada is nice and it's a good place to come probably just for some peace and quiet! well...the western provinces at least! manitoba or ontario...not so much xD maybe not where i live either haha BC is nice or the maritimes! haha

haha i know!!! it sucks now...actually...that's what i think haha and hmm...well lots has happened this year! gr 11 has been the year that more has happened than in any other year! it's exciting! haha i got a job now and it's pretty...alright haha i carry groceries out for people...as well as other things but that's the main thing haha and i'm seeing...a guy xD these are the major things that have changed in my life haha art class is awesome in school...except our newest project is 3D surrealism...and 3D is DEFINITELY not my strong point! ^^' but ya...haha anything exciting happen...that you can think of? xD

Lucky! You have a job now, that sounds so fun!! And I'm happy that you're seeing someone, ha ha, that sounds great. Jeez you've been up to a lot haven't you?! Ha, and I'm sure you'll do great with the 3D art! You're a fantastic artist so I believe that you can do it!

Nothing too exciting Just a lot of drama, freshman year is going by quickly and my pre-AP Science class reeks behind. The teacher is probably great and all, but he goes way too fast and ugh, it's just frustrating. And we have a test tomorrow (which I'm supposed to be studying right now ha ha) But otherwise, everything else is fine.

We just started Tri 2 last week and so far it's okay. I have Creative Writing as my only elective other then french, which I honestly don't consider an elective. But yeah I truly regret not taking any art classes at ALL this year!

haha well...it was kind of awkward at first...me being the new person and all...plus i'm not very good at striking up conversations with people...but i've made some friends now so it's all good and ya haha for me, this is a lot this year! xD and thanks for believing in me xD haha it's so funny though...cuz at first i wanted to use metal for the project but that would be really difficult so i went on to wood...but it is REALLY hard to find a decent piece of carving wood in this city T__T but my friend said that she could bring me in some wood cuz she works in some sort of wood place...but she didn't bring it...so then i decided to carve clay...it was my last choice since i don't like clay at all xD but ya...then my friend came in today and gave me wood! <___< so THEN i thought i'd give wood one more try, but it had knots in it so i was just like...GAWD! FORGET IT! and now i'm sticking with carving clay xD man, i'm indecisive haha anywhoo...omg! drama?! is it the bad type of drama? =O that sucks if that's the case...there's nothing fun about unnessisary drama...and no art this year?! ahh...i'd like...not survive xD haha i'm gunna miss art next semester haha but ya...it's good to hear that things are for the most part going well...especially for your first highschool year!
