Suppose I made a mistake calling it a kanji, didn't I. Kanji's Japanese, and Quoc isn't Japanese. Doesn't fit Korean and doesn't sound like Tagalog (don't know much of it though), so I'd have to guess Chinese, or some similarly geographically located language...
