As a member, you don't have to do anything special, it's as you wish. Basically, you can read the journal entries, see the deviations, and submit deviations yourself. In fact, members don't have to do anything, but we appreciate when they're active an comment the journals, let us know what they have in mind, etc., it makes the group live~~
Sooo I'll try to make some explanations about the group~~ Basically, you can submit pictures of your OCs, FCs, fanarts for fanfictions you're reading... or even your fanfictions themselves. To submit, you only need to choose the right folder. For example, if you have drawn something for your Naruto fanfiction, the Naruto fanfiction of someone else, written a Naruto fanfiction, or drawn a random Naruto OC (FC, thus) that has or not a fanfiction, submit in the Naruto folder. (click on the little + in the gallery or click on "contribute to gallery" on the front page, and then seletc the Naruto folder)
The deviations are subject to two votes before being accepted, but it's not anything scary, don't worry! It's just to be sure no one submits mature pictures and sexually suggestive drawings that could shock our youngest members. A lot of them are young. I am myself underage and I guess it's the case of most of us. :3 So basically, we'll accept anything as log as it corresponds to what I sai- erm, wrote earlier XD
Then, if you don't see the folder you're searching for, you can ask me to create it! By chance, another fanfiction writer will submit to that folder~~ You can also submit random OCs, the ones that pop in your head but don't have a backstory, or random OCs that don't belong to any fandom with a backstory. Just submit them in the Misc folder~~ You don't have to be writing a fanfiction for the OC you're drawing ;D
If you need any questions about where to submit your drawings, just ask! ;D
Also, to join our group, just click the join button, join requests are automatically accepted~
If you have any more questions, do ask me! It's a pleasure to see new members sweet like you!

oh wow. Alright, I'll try and keep that in mind if I feture a story as well since I'll presume I have a couple years on some of you guys then XD and I tend to write violent and like to paint images in my readers mind (well at least thats what i aim for nowadays XD) so I'll leave a memo if theres such stuff in stories... is that okay?
and overall I think the family thing is really cool I spend most of my time on the computer so it's nice to have people to chat too on here XD ... well since i inspire to become better, at anything i can, if anyone needs help with something i don't mind being asked
and thanks for taking the time to write that all out XD

Ahh I see! I think if the gore-level (yayz for making up expression! XD) is like in the anime/manga Claymore (meaning arms/legs getting cut, blood, and etc.) then you should put a warning. If there is a bit of blood like in HxH or FMA, then it's okay! ;D So yeah, you can post them as long as in the notes you do say it's violent~~
