Personal opinion only working here but I think the anime barely does justice to the manga in some areas. Alucard and Integera both get such priceless facial expressions in it and the character designs are much more clean.
I think that the picture in question here is probably going to go up in my cubicle to remind me of the need for that black life giving liquid.
