Hi there!! I really enjoyed your Eiffel Tower Picture from the top and was wondering if the elevator goes all the to the top or you had to use stairs?

Well, its a bit of both :) (Smile) - :)

At the time of buying the tickets you have to tell them whether you want to goto level 2 or all the way to level 3. The ticket prices are different (i think 11 euro for 3rd level). The first elevator takes you to level 2 where you change into a different elevator that takes u from 2nd to 3rd.

Once you reach level 3, the lift opens in a covered area which has glass windows and will tell you distance you are at from several countries.

Then you have to climb a short flight of steps (i think maybe 5 or 10 steps total) to emerge into the uncovered open area. Make sure you pack some warm clothes. The wind is SUPER strong at that height and it gets kinda cold :) (Smile) - :)
