the 'river valley' photograph is actually not of a river valley.. but of a "river" of runoff in the sand piles at the side of my boyfriend's street

Thanks for being honest on When the Tide Goes Out. And photography can be art, but not everybody who claims to be an artist with a camera really is. I have a traditional background and education in Fine Art specifically with illustration, but the camera can be a magical tool when used for more than snapshots. It takes the same eye that painting demands.
