Perhaps you'd be interested in re-doing City/Municipal Flags of Portugal?
Aside Lisbon (and Olivença... And Other Portu-Galician on the Spanish side) there are barely any good renditions of Flags of Portuguese towns - commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Cit… , be it either modern-day or colonial (like Bissau).
