yes~
see, when you draw some kind of character but don't really want to keep it as your own, you put it up for adoption. this means that whoever wants the character as their own will pay the required amount of points and then they will officially own the character. they can use the character however they want, but they do have to follow certain rules. these rules are up to the person who uploaded the adoptable, so they vary.
