Oh damn, Mother-style? Fucking sold, I only wish I were halfway decent at programming and could help out with it. I can make really basic programs but that's pretty much it. If I find a wayward programmer and don't steal them first, I'll let them know you're in the market. Totally adore the pixel-art, makes me feel like busting out RPG Maker again!

Hmm depends on the engine I suppose! I'm always down to learn and know some basics at least, I'd just probably end up doing something the hard way as I dont know any programming shortcuts. And yeah same, I always wound up stealing from Chrono Trigger or something for tilesets. Though I was really proud of myself when I was like 10-11 and made a Zelda game with it. Looked and played just like A Link To the Past.

What I'm looking for is just a very basic engine, pretty much a Dragon Quest 1 clone as far as gameplay goes. I don't care that much for deadlines and such either, so you could just learn and program at your own pace, and of course I wouldn't have a problem with doing some free design work in return if you ever needed some help with . (:
Oh yeahh I remember the Zelda kits, I used to play around with the Link's Awakening kit all the time when I was in middle school. Funstuffs.
