In the last tournament no weapons were allowed. In HoP any weapon that doesn't shoot projectiles is allowed like Swords, Bostaffs etc

XD All right I don't know how to sound old about this so I'll cut to the chase. There is a rare metal in Silver's realm known as (insert generic name with "ium" at the end). It is lighter and stronger than our strongest; Titanium. It seems to be from outer space, as it has some unique properties. It can liquify and solidify at will, without heating or cooling. Silver had a finite amount of this infused into his blood, and some of his blood infused with some of the metal. He can know basically bend it like in the Avatar the Last Airbender series. He can use it as a long ranged attack or harden it around his body like armor. He calls it "Living Silver"
