These are the two books I most recommend:

"How to Make Webcomics" by Scott Kurtz, Kris Straub, Dave Kellett, and Brad Guigar -- this book is getting slightly outdated at 10 years old, but it has tons of great info!! I learned a lot!

"Perspective! for Comic Book Artists" by David Chelsea -- one of the most difficult things in comics is drawing backgrounds repeatedly, especially if you're not used to it, so knowing your perspective rules is essential. The book is in comic format which makes it fun!
