Another art class assignment.I will confess that I ADORE this piece. I don't care if you don't like it. Screw you. I LOVE it, and I usually don't like my art production. I don't think we were supposed to really dwell on specifics/shading and all that....anyway, two point perspective, but I think I used a bit more in there.... Can you tell that it's a pot rack in our kitchen? I was looking up at it as I drew it. My neck hurt afterwards. The thing in the very left corner was our little ceiling in-built light. I didn't bother with shading too much unless it was really obvious. I tried to get the shiny metallic effect, but got LAZY. I especially like the handles and the shadowing on those...
If you haven't realized, I REALLY have an unhealthy and strange obsession with kitchens and anything in them (appliances, food, dishes, pots....). Heh, and why do I love Sanji...? 8) And I also LOVE pot racks! And this turned out well, so I'm proud of it, even if it could be a lot better. It was harder than it looks to get drawn correctly...
All in pencil.
The black handle belongs to a gridle.
And I realized I do a LOT of drawing in the kitchen....
