I was really surprised to have my original version of this declined by so many groups. I talked to a few friends and they thought the original may have been to dark to get a feel for the sky. So I increased the exposure a bit. I guess I'll find out.Related content

I live in a city. Only the brightest of the stars cab even be seen in that environment.

For sure, I drove 6 hours to get to this spot. Cities have their own beauty but sometimes I just gotta go find something else.

Good to hear. Sometimes I feel like its a fine line between tweaking settings like exposure and saturation and full on photo manipulation. I have to admit when I started using PS to post produce some of my images I felt really guilty at first. Like in some way I was cheating. I was worried I had stretched the limits of tweaks too far on this one, Glad to hear that doesn't seem to be the case!
