a pleasant twist. usually they are all bare branches or all leafy, never one within the other.
a possible suggestion...crop out both sides to further emphasize this twist.

Genau die gleichen Bäume, fotografiert in den 4 Jahreszeiten.
Das will ich schon lange machen, habe aber die richtige Stelle
noch nicht gefunden und vergesse es immer wieder
