I like your premise - I always thought it was so sad how Mai passed it off as a joke when Yukko didn't immediately give a positive response to her confession in that one episode.
You asked to have typos pointed out, right? There are several on this page. Panel 2 should be, "Mai-chan isn't usually like that." Panel 3, "Well, she does play those jokes, but they're never usually like this." Panel 4 needs an apostrophe and a question mark, panel 5, "I've got to stop worrying about this."
(Teasing) And math doesn't have an S! Silly British persons.
