Is that from Bioshock 1 or infinite? Because I played the first two games and he kinda looks like the protagonist in 1... by the way, have by any chance scanned a Houdini?
Because when I scanned one, It gave me the Chameleon perk, (Which turns you completely invisible when standing still) and you will trust me when I say "This perk is so damn useful"
You can go invisible when you're being chased by drones and other ungodly nicknacks and it's really useful for stealthing your way through literally everything.
Keep in mind that my judgement on this perk is simply my opinion, but try it out, it becomes even more fun when you have the Wrench Jockey perk and Extra melee damage buffs from scanning big daddies... Man, you just gotta love beating splicers skulls in until they're an unreconisable pulp.
