I heard of this guy name Billy from someone else. I was wondering if it was a THIRD one of these. He said it was an orange saddle tank, and I figured it was just a darker shade. Can someone explain where the third one came from? I'm sure BoCo won't be pleased!

He is somewhat out of character to the actual one, particularly one being described in the documentary "Beating Beeching" where it is said that the drivers would allow cab rides on the way to the coal yards. The engine had that look that most Southern region engines and the Scotsman have where their smokeboxes have a "Like a Sir" look because of it's polished hinges.
