i have the official skyrim game guide and it has the whole dragon alphabet in it. as awesome as this is, it is not 100% accurate. there are symbols for things like AE, TH, PH, IO, OU, etc. also, there is no letter C in the dragon language. but this is still pretty neato.

i bought it at Eb Games (Gamestop). you might not find it there nowadays but you might also find it at a library.

Thuum.org has a very good translator and transcriber for the Dovahzul language. 3 is not right, and as someone else said, there's no C in the Dovahzul alphabet.

it's awsome, but it's wrong. There is no sign for "C" in the dragon language and the signs for the numbers are in reallity signs for pairs of letters. And maybe you have realized, that the sign for "9" and "C" is the same.
