All I have to say.. Wow. The MK48, I have handled. It was Modeled off the M249. I carried one for a year in Afghanistan, I know that Weapon in and out and I gotta say. You got this right on. A few small things wrong, but they are over shadowed by what you got right. Awesome job.
FYI This thing kicks like a mule. Remember it is a .30 Cal machine gun

The EOTech is a tad inaccurate, but otherwise... a beautiful work.

Really nice overall, lovin that cloth work on the box mag.
Though because I own an Eotech sight, I cant help but notice your one being off, I'd suggest modeling a more accurate one to top it off.

it's the 511, either that or i modeled it after an airsoft rippoff. actually the whole gun is modeled after an airsoft mk46, i just switched some parts and adjusted the proportion, its way too hard to get real, detailed shots of the actual mk48.

The main issue is some lacking broader curves/bevels. The very top outside edges have a broad bevel, then same goes for the battery housing outer edges (front block). This pic is a pretty good example [link]
The other kicker is the holes cut into the out cover for the wind/elevation knobs, just make em bigger. The knobs them self are already good to go. See here [link]
From that pic you can also see the top to bottom slant on the back is harsher, but that probably takes more work to fix.
But yea, right now your just looks too boxy, when eotech sights are quite curvy.
