He would have been the most dangerous kid, and looks more like a sinister bully, and offensive too. The teasing kids would have been beaten up by him if he was around much earlier. Even the other kids would consider him as a real bully, but he's a threat to bad kids. He's even worse. Even Charlie Brown would be frightened of his dark nature, but Toby seems nice to Charlie Brown. Even Charlie Brown would have been made a true friend to everyone much earlier, rather than in 2015, over 60 years later, when he would have talked with the little red haired girl much sooner, as he would have stopped being insecure a lot earlier than before.

Besides, Toby Guttman actually appeared from 1989.
