I learnt about perspective in school as well but somehow I always fall asleep during those classes...

I did not learn it in school, I rather learned that by myself by reading books and trying. I think I am better in backgrounds than in foregrounds
I will be taking an extended arts course next year ( 5 hours per week, 2 theory and 3 practical ) where I learn to build architectural models, graphic design and so on, it will be so cool B) especially because I will not have the crappy arts teacher I now have anymore
and well, I already used this copic quite a lot, it is my brightest and I used it instead of a blender before I got a blender. A refill is about 7,50 euros or so...

Wow.. lucky you.. I don't even HAVE that kind of courses here! Just one art course. And it kinda sucks sometimes too because we do too much art history Dx and I hate some of the project... like sculpturing and stuff... =/ I'd rather more drawing, painting, digital art, designing, and etc etc...

Well, German school system I guess...on the one side, it is the last crap, on the other side, you can specialize on things you like...
Yeah, art history... X_X I never understood that, maybe also because my teacher is a ΓΌber-emotional guy who interprets things in every single stroke...and because of art history, I had a 3 (equivalent to a C) in arts!
Sculpturing could be fun for me, another art course had sculpturing. I really look forward to make some 3D work like architecture models in the next years ^^
uhh, about the blender: no, it does cost the same. Only refills are more expensive, but you can refill a marker about 9 times with one rifill tank.
