Back story: Delta was born in a family allied with the ASP. Her Father and Mother were both spies and died in the field while she was at school, Delta was 7 . She was adopted by an average family near the center of Junction City. Delta used her free time discovering new ways to use a computer and the technology around her. By the age 10 she had already hacked several databases to find out more about her parents and questions why they were part of the ASP in the first place. Reading everything about the ASP, Resurgence and Project 00X181 she planned to follow her parent path. She regularly practices her talent by hacking the ASP, secret bases and more...somehow she hasn't got caught
