Description just headshots with different emotions and sides. this time, without a scarf
part 1: 0dragonfolk0.deviantart.com/ar…
in the description, it has 2 links with different facts and information about him.
he has a scar on his left eye. that involves on the eyebrows too (it happens from his first battle, along with his two hatchets. it's not really an accident, his opponent shows half of with and no mercy(or taking this duel too seriously)... and he threw his hatchet to Jugo's head. well, he almost dodged it. it nearly hits his eye from the blade, it leaves his eye a little bit injured, just minor of blood coming out).
now, there are different colors of his scarf(from the description of the part 1):

man, this front view isn't very accurate and it looks suck.
edit: an update for his nose, so he can breathe outside of his armor.

Nice Job, why is their blood coming out of his nose?

Jugo: I have my own reasons, therefore, I nosebleed on purpose, left no regrets but regretful on the other one.

You have an interesting reference sheet here, and it makes for an interesting range of different emotions for sure. (I tend to find that the sorta way each character expresses themselves helps you get to know the character a lot better).

For example it seems like your character has an easy going sense of humor and is friendly overall.

These look good, but I'll give you two pieces of advice that might help:

1. Try and copy a "default" head and then modify that for as many of the expressions as you can; mostly because otherwise the size and positioning changes too much to be used.

2. Definitely make the iris a separate layer and/or grouping. It lets you move it around freely, irregardless of which expression your using and really gives you a lot more freedom with each individual pose.

Otherwise this is definitely a good start. Good luck with the character and keep up the good work.

I will try to do that next time. um... you haven't noticed that horn on the mouth from the front view... probably the same problem from last time. I was on a rush. actually, Jugo's default face is also depression. he's always too emotional from the past because of feeling the guiltiness, the truth about his parents were got killed in the war, or about protecting his friends any of his costs, but worries about setting his life in danger too.

Of course, it takes time and a lot of practice to get everything right. I've been doing animations off and on for years now and there's still a lot I have to learn.

Ah ok, well a lot of these expressions look happy so that would be kinda difficult to discern normally.

Anyway, good luck with your character sheet.

Aw he's awesome and adorable (or handsome take you pick of the words)! I really love the way bottom middle headshot looks (probably cause Lately I really love when necks are drawn to the emotion too haha) But no really great job!

it looks to me a little bit feminish because of his eyebrows.
