Previously
Knockout and Kayla fight over the baby because its come to the conclusion that it will kill Kayla if she continues to carry, but she refuses and wants to do everything she can to help the baby live, but knockout gets angry and storms off. while he runs off Kaylas heartbroken, but gets overt because she knows hes scared to lose her again, she then has a cramp so bad she almost collapses, so to keep her alive, Ratchet puts her in stasis... when knockout comes back hes upset to find out what ratchet did. Ratchet then tells knockout that she in fact is dying, Knockout is devastated due to the fact that the revival serum he had given Kayla is gone, and he cant bring her back after this. he has a spark to spark conversation about it and then goes to spend time with the stasis induced Kayla

Knockout enters the base and stretches
Ratchet: How was the drive?
Knockout: Long and exhausting, I have bugs all in my grill and I feel dirty
Ratchet: What else is new..
Knockout rolls his optics and sits down on some near storage containers
Knockout: how is she?
Ratchet: her life line is steady, she should be waking up tomorrow, I have her C-section scheduled already to safely remove the sparkling
