So, I've been on jumps where they jumped with dogs. I was surprised at how calm the dogs were about the whole process. When I asked the dogs handler about it he laughed and said the he thought the dog didn't understand what was going on. He mentioned that dogs have very poor long distance vision and probably didn't process the whole thing very well. The dog acted like it was no different than riding in a truck.
