So I won't delve into the sprites as they're not that fantastic, but reading through your comments...
Sir, I want to slap you. Hard. If it's one thing I hate more than the old "You're being negative to me so get lost you're objectively wrong" Attitude, It's the fact you're coming off as condescending towards literally every single single negative comment directed towards you.
You don't want people using your sprites, for example. I get that. It's also totally being a prick with such replies as "Well, I'll have to wait until you become a decent enough spriter to use them." or, "I just find you to be not worthy of using my sprites. You have no talent in spriting and you rudely come to me demanding the right to use them despite me saying no. So I will say it again: No. Now get lost."
This makes you look like a total ass, and even though it's the internet your opinion doesn't matter yadda yadda yadda I really hope you're changed a lot sense January of last year because with those two examples of replies you not only come off as a total ass but also as a jerk who's full of himself and won't even take any sort of differencing viewpoint because it is "Objectively Wrong".
Like I said earlier, I know it's the internet and it's still okay to (In technicality) be a asshole but that doesn't mean you SHOULD be one. But hey, If you're willing to respond to this posts with some amount of reasonableness, then I applaud you.

It doesn't look very good on you if you say no to 9/10... well... maybe 6/7 of people who wanna use your sprites, Are sprites just mainly for looking at? Well maybe, a bit, OR are they to animate, put in comics, remodel and hack into games! (I say option 2). I know you give them away to some certain people, SOME! I see. It seems to me you have not allowed anyone, even with permission. If that is the case, edit the description from "Nobody's allowed to use them without my permission, and even so, credit is required" to "Nobody is allowed to use this at all". So, you're "I'll be nice, and not waste your time with writing the response" has just failed. I was planning to make a Four Guardians vs Four Zeros and since I had no other sprites. Now, before you reply "I have allowed other people", what if I say it nicer:

A. No. I have allowed people to use my sprites in the past. You're just nothing more than a rookie, and a complete waste of my time. It's stupid to let someone use something they lack the responsibility to obtain. It makes me look bad and you don't learn anything out of it. These sprites are mediocre at best. But keep up the good work, and you don't need to be quite so rude to everyone. If you don't want to let a person use it, just say no, or don't bother replying. You're still at rookie level, it'll be a while to you're a champ. And if you don't get that reference, I'm disappointed.

I may be a Sonic fan, but that doesn't mean i'm not a fan of Megaman too. Omega Zero, Bass and the Megaman X version of Zero are my favorites. I even have a master sprite sheet of Omega Zero that I put together using recolored poses of Zero, Model OX and the original sprites of him.
