Description
Due to my anger issues I can't control myself and I hit things or do bad bad things! Sooooo my parents are planning to buy me a punching bag so I don't choke or bite any classmates:3(I only bit one kid and I didn't fully choke the other kid!!! I SWEAR THAT HAPPENED IN DECEMBER.)
anyways my therapist recommends the same thing
(I changed back to my old therapist since the other didn't rlly help since uh... I'm not telling the whole story-)
anywhooo I'm trynna control my emotions as much as I can but sometimes it doesn't work!
I'm alr tho!! I just get angry easily @_@
