Not being able to make art like this myself, I must agree with a few others, there is something slightly off about big mac.
Apple bloom on the other hand is "get the defib unit" cute

You may want to rethink Big Mac's design. His barrel is a bit small and his legs are kinda long. I recommend adding a bit more bulk to him

The Apple family is like a big, juicy black hole of an apple: they draw in everypony, even light, to their center to become one with the family, crushing out any sense of former individuality until nothing exists for them but the singularity of apples. How else can one explain why they have so many family members (apart from the main branch, of course) who lack any kind of personality (Babs Seed, as a recent addition and possible a member of the Orange side of the family, is an exception to the rule)? Ponies aren't rabbits, after all. No no, there's no other possible conclusion than each extended family member has been drawn to the Apple family by force of wlill and has become one with the Apple. Which makes it sound more and more like a cult, now that I think about it. Hm...
