I was looking for this GIF 4 my avatar because I just needed 1 until I could make my own really awesome one whichI haven't started :/ . so anyway I went to google images and searched pikachu GIF. The results sucked hard so i was lik, " O M G, did i spell PIKACHU wrong? I know how 2 spell pikachu so-" and then my friend was like," PIKACHU ISN'T A REAL WORD!!!" I think he was tired of my ranting on moving pika pics! then i remembered that the site i was getting an avatar for was an art website so I searched it here so YAY!

Try again. This is his work. Look through his gallery. This is his style. He draws like this. Even his pixel work looks like that.
And how are you so sure? Do you own this "Taiwanese game?" I honestly doubt there is a doll-maker game that has Pikachu in it. If there is, why don't you show me some proof? The game could have even stolen his work. You can't be sure.

I've found this icon stolen and put on many other sites, even traced and put on DA as someone else's work which received over 1,000 favorites, and been accused of stealing. I apologize for the mistake. Admittedly I'm tired and a little irritable at the moment and didn't quite read through the entire description.
Yes, I have looked through the gallery and the style is similar. There is a doll maker room that has a pikachu in it though: link I'll admit that I actually don't own the game or know of its origins, so the Taiwanese thing was probably something my sleep deprived little head made up I'm afraid... 
No, I don't think that many people go through the trouble of making things up, but then again I don't know this artist personally. There's a lot of pikachu poses out there that look similar that came before this icon, so saying that anything that looks a little like this icon is stealing seems extreme to me.
Besides, it's one little pikachu. It isn't really anything to get up and arms over.
Anyways, I'm really tired and have a lot of work to do. Again, I apologize for the mistake.

I'm certain that that style is from MapleStory, an MMORPG by Nexon. I think the room is fan-made though. There are sites for fan-made MapleStory backgrounds just like those.
