Clouds change for many reasons. Active volcanoes for instance. When I moved to Arizona I discovered alot of the clouds there, were totally different then what I saw in Wisconsin. Β

I thought so too, but they aren't. Β I believe it depends on things like, what kind of particles in the atmosphere, the dew point and humidity, etc. Β
