My best guess here would make this a Cadillac Sixty Special Fleetwood, between 1951 and 1953. You don't usually find these beasts parked in alleyways.This is De Luxe, baby.
Huge car, huge weight (over 2 tons), huge engine, huge comfort. Oh, and huge pricetag back in the day.
Like the man said, if you have to ask how much it costs, then you can't afford it.

Looking at Cadillac today, you would never guess that they used to make the ultimate cars. Royalty drove around in Cadillacs. Movie stars, presidents, everyone. My neighbor has a brand new Caddy Sedan, and it's less impressive than my '05 Mustang! What was the old saying, "Standard of the World"?

Yeah, they were the top for so long, the standard that everybody else aspired to. Now? I dunno, but between you and me, I like the CTS quite a bit.

It's not a bad car, and it's far superior to the seventeen year old Blazer i'm driving now. But i'd take an older caddy over a new one any day. Even one of those diesel sedans from the 80's!

A car salesman near here, once said to a lad in his 20s dressed in dirty work clothes and driving a 20 year old car, "if you have to ask how much it costs, then you can't afford it", when the lad asked the price of a Ferrari.
Two days later the lad drove into the same garage in an identical Ferrari, and deliberately went to the salesman and said "See how much commission you've lost !".
The lad only owned and ran 3 clothing factories, and liked nothing better than pitching in and rectifying any mechanical problems, hence his dirty appearance earlier.
So salesmen should beware of spouting this little saying, because you never know who you're talking to.
