I agree with what the others above me have said in the it's an amazing picture and does seem a little surreal. Almost as if you just woke up, and are like "where am I?"
I think the camera tilt works very well.

lovely eyes. the tilted perspective is a little uncomfortable to look at, but i think the tension is what makes this photo so remarkable, causes the viewer to stop and really look at it.
