Oh. My. God.I've been working on this for a little over two months, now. I was about to shoot myself. But I did it. I. DID. ITTTTT.
I poured every skill and technique I knew into this. This is my life, wrapped up into one image.
So, it's Crescent and Badger from puppies, teens, to adults. This was meant to be a Christmas Present for but I obviously missed the deadline on that one, so you can have it as a New Year's present |D
These are three 'snapshots' from what happened together for them in their lives in the barn back on the Dearly/Radcliffe farm.
First Snapshot
Tomorrow is Partner's birthday. Crescent was determined to make something special for him, and recruited the help of Badger to do so. They waited until all of the other puppies went to sleep that night before they snuck down to make the poster. The next morning, the two were discovered asleep, huddled over their masterpiece.
Trivia: The purple paint shown is most literally the blue and the red paints combined.
Second Snapshot
Badger - "Crescent! Wait up! I-" The older girl says, galloping after the slightly smaller girl.
Crescent - "BADGERRR!" She groans, sitting down and letting her jaw drop. At this moment, a bee flies in and lands on Badger's nose, bringing her to gasp. "I already told you, I isn't gonna talk to you anymores and-!" She began, only to turn around and see the bee on Badger's nose. "WHOA! THAT'S SO COOL! Lookit! Lookit! A buggie landed on your NOSE!" The doofy pup exclaimed, beaming, now. "You know what we gotta do! We gotta bring it swimmin' and playin' tug-o-war and lotsa other fun games! Ya wanna, Badger!? Ya wanna?"
Trivia: The bug was originally going to land on Crescent's nose, but I didn't see how I could work off of that with Badger.
Third Snapshot
Badger - "Crescent... Are you completely sure you want to come?"
Crescent- "Of course I am! I couldn' leave you t' go all alone!"
Badger - "But, Crescent, do you understand that when I say I'm leaving, I mean that I'm not coming back. Ever. Are you sure you want that?"
Crescent - "More sure than I am that buggies buzz, Badger! Don' worry about it!"

Yup yup yup. We all know that we can't have Crescent without Partner and Buggies, so I had to add both in |D

Oh my...when I first clicked on this I had to stop and take in how much your art style has improved. Just looking at the way you drew them as adults really shows how much you've mastered anatomy.
