Love that joke! When i was little, like in first grade, my friends would tell me that. Of course i didn't take it as a joke ( typical me ), and thought it was true. When we were in fourth grade, I brought the subject up again, and they confessed that it was meant as a joke! I felt so dumb! Of course, i had glasses, too

some people think if you cross your eyes they get stuck, but they can't because you have to force them stuck, as soon as you let go your eyes revert to normal.

Well your eyes have muscles that when relaxed look forward.

But these muscles are attached to a thin transparent skin that can take damage (for example during skull-fisting or some weird illness) so the eyeballs aren't centered anymore; and some neuronal damages can cause errors in these muscles so they never relax completely until you're tranquillized or dead...
