Batch 2, Day 3, Akuma of the day - Ed.

This Akuma was inspired by the episode "The Day the Ed Stood Still" and the Halloween special "Boo Haw Haw". Ed has always been a huge fan of monsters from horror movies, so turning him into one for his akumatization seems fitting to me. Honestly finding a reason for this marshmallow to be akumatized was the most difficult part of this. He doesn't get angry, nor sad, nor embarrassed. So, when in doubt, use Chloé, or in my case - the RRB. Just like in "Boo Haw Haw", Ed goes through an entire horror movie marathon. Since he is schizophrenic, when he goes to school the next day, everyone can't help but notice how terrified he is from presumably nothing. The RRBs notice and decide to play a prank on him and scare the shit out of him. Anger and sadness are not the only emotions that can summon Hawk Moth, but fear too.

The look of Edzilla is actually a redesign of Ed's monster costume in "The Day the Ed Stood Still", but I've added a lot of elements I find scary; Things like the skinny neck, multiple bulging eyes around its body, long slender hands and fingers and a broken-looking jaw. I also replaced that colorful belly portion the costume had with a second mouth. Just like Horrificator, the akumatized item is largely unimportant to the overall theme of the Akuma. I initially thought of having his lucky charm - a moldy cheese named Sheldon Jr. be this item, but then i remembered his other lucky charm - Angus the fish bone and I decided the skeletal remains of a dead fish fit better than a moldy cheese.

His powers kinda hint to the special "Boo Haw Haw", where Ed viewed everyone from the Cul-de-sac as ferocious monsters. Here, Edzilla's powers turn these hallucinations Ed had into reality. The moment he shoots someone with a beam from one of his eyes, that person will be transformed into horrific beast, reflecting features of their personality. Actually, his powers are reminiscent of Hawk Moth's, but in stead of having full control of the people he turns, Edzilla only causes havoc with no real purpose.

I mean, I'd like to put some, but this is one of the non-speaking Akumas, similar to Horrificator and Count Widow.

P.S. You guys, please wish me luck. I beat Ultra Sun and now I'm shiny hunting for a Blacephalon. I know this has nothing to do with anything here, but I just wanted to share it.
