This was another simple request for on deviantART who wanted his OC Tilbert the Pikachu inflated using an electro-pump... I have absolutely NO idea what an electro-pump is, so the legit best thing I could think of close to that is an electric suck-em-up thing set to blow... I think...I apologize for the lack of direction, I just wanted to get this done. owo;
