Description
This is Willem 'Enforcer' Botha. I don't have a story about him yet, but all I can say is, he is a walking corpse who walks during night to hunt wanted criminals. He has a power to detect Feelings like Aggression, Stress, guilt, etc.He might look like a mixture of Jason Voorhees and The Punisher, but he is not, he randomly ended up like this. Logo is nothing like 'the Punisher's' logo, It was meant to be my logo and ended being the character's.
This work was actually made to help me improve my art, drawing and planning skill. Still not what I was expected. Oh well...

I did notice he had four fingers but didn't know if he was supposed to be a four finger character or not .... lol.
