Name: Codeth “Cody” Williams

Cody is a high ranking officer of the army and a decendant of Derek C. Williams. He is considered to be the strongest mortal in the CSCP’s armed forces thanks in part to his mastery of matter manipulation and reserves of VOID energy, however, as a commander he also holds a keen tactical mind.

The man is capable of absorbing nearby matter to increase his mass and alter his appearance however he deems fit. This includes shapeshifting, repairing his body if necessary, forming weapons(a technique inspired by the Vas), and increasing his density to increase striking power. His skills are to the point that he can deconstruct even entire stars and use them as weapons.

His ability to shapeshift allows him to act as an infiltrator given he’s able to completely copy a person’s genetic structure and recreate their looks. His knowledge in understanding how chemical composition and electrical signals in the brain coupled with his refined electroreception gives him a near perfect mind reading ability. Although the comically large form known simply as “muscles” holds very little practical use when compared to his more streamlined “combat” form, Codeth still uses it for intimidation on more weak willed inviduals.

PERSONALITY
Codeth is generally a kind man, though can be strict towards his men when necessary. As a leader he places the safety of those under him higher than his own, willing to risk his life and to go to extreme lengths to ensure their survival. He has no qualms with ending another’s life though a diplomatic solution where no blood is shed is always prefered.

He strongly believes that power must be used wisely and those that fall prey to it are bound to a life of suffering. It has been a notion carried by his family for generations, stemming back to his ancestor Derek.
