Recently, I saw a post on Twitter about bronies regularly being on the far right of the political spectrum. That was very surprising for me, as not only do I consider myself being very much on the left, but I also always considered the show's message of tolerance to be pretty left-sided. I mean the opening of season 8 is very openly anti-racist.

So even though I hardly draw ponies anymore, I thought I should make my personal standpoint clear, as both a brony and a person. So have a purple horse with a shield.
