Description
Since everyone is doing scepters...This time I did the outlines of Trixie with a constant brush size instead of pen-style dynamic sizing. Looks more like in the show and less sketchy, but it's a pain if you want to change things later. Don't know if I will stick to it.
Also I hate to draw backgrounds, so this time I decided to finally use one from someone else: this one by

No. Even during the periods where there existed a gold standard , silver has always been worth less than gold.

no I say this because we have only seen gold bits in the show but never silver which might indicate that silver is in short supply so by de facto silver might be more expensive

That's assuming that bits are actually made of gold, though. It could just be a gold-coloured alloy, likeΒ Nordic gold.

It's a possibility, but there's no reason to make that assumption.
There could be any number of reasons why silver isn't used as a currency; for all we know it could be so common as to render it useless as money.

Then we should be seeing it as a cheap material of sorts or at the very least have it lying around after all no matter the amount of a material there is it always a value to it

Actually I would like Trixie to be appear in the show regularly trying to be better than Twilight in something and failing, like a running gag.

Trixie would not work as a rival for Twilight Sparkle. Twilight is a scholar and Trixie a travelling performer. There is no common base. That is why Sunset Shimmer was created.
An episode about Trixie travelling around Equestria could work though.
