You really don't appreciate what you have until it's gone
This is inspired by an episode of Tranformers Armada where Megatron thinks Optimus Prime has been destroyed and he gets all moody and depressed. You'd think he'd be happy but he just gets all pissy. And then when he comes back Megatron is happy to see him xD I may have to draw that next...

I heard in many storylines that they were brothers. I guess maybe in the Armada timeline they were brothers too. I foudn it kind of cool that Megatron felt bad over Optimus' death.

I remember in the Transformers movie, at the end Optimus refers to Megatron as such, but I wasn't sure if he meant it in a literal sense or a figurative sense. Since transformers aren't physically "born" you could probably either say they're all related in a way, or not at all. They all have part of the Allspark in them, which connects them, and some have similar traits, but I think that's the extent of their relation. I don't think they have "siblings" per se... But I'll stop speculating now xD Sorry if I bored you

I thought he was all happy too. But when I saw him all depressed and pissed at all his Decepticons, I was all, "Woah!!! I thought he was a happy camper! O_O" But dad explained to me that Optimus was the only challenge for Megatron, and no Autobot was no match for him except Optimus. I went all speechless after that.
