That isn’t what Toy Foxy looks like, he has the same body as Toy Bonnie, and the only parts that should be red is the cheeks, lipstick and bow tie.
His belt area isn’t supposed to be red, it’s supposed to be pink the same color as his fur, like Toy Freddy.
Also he doesn’t have two hands, he has a hook, like Foxy.

FNaF World has some inconsistencies when you compared to the first four games. Adventure Toy Freddy has separate jaws while Game Lore Toy Freddy doesn't. Every Adventure Freddy variants shared the same Adventure Freddy base with different colors, texture, and style. I wouldn't consider FNaF World as evidence. We don't know about Toy Foxy/Fixed Mangle’s design.
