I feel a lot of people will sadly relate with Red's struggle, I know of it personally. It's hard to recover, hell I'm still on my journey and I have a long way to go. I know how hard it is to make progress only to inevitably relapse.

But let me offer you my wisdom.

Relapses are apart of the healing process. Don't beat yourself up. It is progress. And progress is all you need to do right now. Even if it's small, like just sitting up in bed, or doing hair today. Small steps, small steps. Just continue to make progress. That is all that matters. Count the days since you last hurt yourself, keep breaking records, keep soaring high. And if you relapse, don't shame yourself. Instead, give yourself a pat on the back, a hug. Because you deserve it.

So keep going, keep fighting, you will be ok.
