CT shows her face in-series so that part's pretty easy. As for Washington, there's no 'canon' to his face, but in season 9 during the classroom scene where the Counselor was talking about AI you can juuuust make out the back of Wash's head in one of the broad shots. Hence the hand on the face joke, as we don't know what his face looks like, but we saw his hair x3

Rooster Teeth have said that the main cast (Reds and Blues) would never have their faces shown, so theirs are always faces that are fan-theories. The Freelancers were the first characters to actually show faces (sans Wash and Maine) so we know pretty definitively how they have looked, but the Chorus Trilogy and later seasons have gone back to only showing helmets. In theory there was that one short in season 15 with Locus and Felix pre-mercenary, but given not all of the season is considered canon (like that megablocks short) that's up for debate. So aside the Freelancers and a very few other characters, everything else face-related is fan-made.

Thanks for that! I was beginning to wonder if I had missed something somewhere haha. As I said before, love your work, and it's nice to see so many different takes on all the characters, I especially love the takes on Grif (he is by far my favourite of all of them)

Tex was a robot; Always was. A very bitchy, very scary, very powerful and skilled robot, but a robot body housing a personality fragment.

Agent Washington...marksman, hard to kill, intelligent, possibly the most level-headed character of RVB, and a sense of humor.

Dunno, maybe because I've seen so much fan art of Wash with gray sideburns and brown hair that made me cement his image, and the disappointment that made him seem not so unique between the other freelancers unmasked.

Yeah, see, the thing is Luke's drawing weren't canon as much as we'd like them to be, so the RT guys still get to decide what character looks like what, despite fan perception. To add to it, this is as close as we're likely to ever have Wash unmasked again, due to the well-known statement by Burnie that none of the main cast will ever be un-helmeted. As he's part of Blue Team now, he actually does stand most apart from all the other Freelancers in that a) he's alive and b) still lets fans speculate and wonder what his face is actually like, something Carolina doesn't get to boast about.

Your opinion is valid, just weird to see thrown around so forcefully x3; Keep it chill, people like different things (plus, dA comments aren't really a place to debate these things)
