Just gonna say that IRL, I HATE when people hover over the front desk when they're waiting. It's one thing if you need the raised flat area to fill out a form or write a check, but don't do it if you're just gonna stand there and stare down at the receptionist. It's invasive as hell. If you do it by accident, stop it. If you do it on purpose, you're the worst. Get better.Real life lesson over.
In this scenario, Aku came to the PTPPE dimension to hire them to get rid of Jack. Emily was on lunch or an errand so I'm manning the front desk.
While the attraction is mutual, in PTPPE my 'sona is committed to Henry so the flirting is very one-sided. And he's hovering. You're gonna get your flamebrows doused in soda if you keep it up, Aku!
Not sure if I'll do a story on this. Maybe a one-shot. That and memes are about all I can manage to write these days.

Gotta say, I'm liking how you're drawing Aku. The muscle definition makes him look like something out of a comic book (since Genndy Tartakovsky has admitted that his strength is in movement, not design). Also, I'm glad you've started watching and loving it.Β

It's very obnoxious. Maybe other receptionists don't care, but I don't like strangers leaning into my personal bubble when there's plenty of room and CHAIRS in the reception area.

That's almost worse. Someone directly behind me drives me up a wall. A teacher assistant in my second grade did that all the time and was an overall asshole, so even 20+ years later, people need to at least be in my line of peripheral vision if they want to look over my shoulder without making me want to scream.
