The conclusion to Evy's Games is known already, and since I've spoiled everyone so is her position after them. As for hobbies she gets access to a lot of information in President Snow's private library. Banned books, the side of history the government doesn't teach, etc. The downside is that she doesn't get to leave the Capitol.
Until the Quarter Quell. After a long argument with Snow she manages to brow-beat him into letting her go home to spend some time with her family and old friends before the Reaping. She gets picked, and she's ready to face it head-on.

She actually gets stuck in a few of the traps in the QQ Arena, but I wanted to draw the evil fog.
I debated between D13 and the Capitol for a while and finally settled on the Capitol. Since this stuff happens at the same time as Katniss's narrative I think it's a wise move to keep the POVs different. When I get to that section Evy will be giving readers the Capitol side of the Rebellion story. (Snow and his Viagroids.
